Oriani Pippo is an installation of two photographs with the same caption, “XX Esposizione Internazionale d’Arte di Venezia.”

 

The artist found these archived together and was fascinated by the second image’s broken glass in the top right corner, as this aesthetically alters the artwork's concept through its photograph. 

 

The two photographs were expected to be the same, however the abstract discrepancy of the second photograph creates a serendipitous moment - the unexpected discoveries of time, life and intelligibility.
